Reason for Returning
• All returned items must be in new condition
• No products may be returned that are not properly packaged in a box with all components including all packing materials
• Time Supply House is not able to accept any returns that are not freight prepaid
• Mark RMA# on the outside of all packages returned to Time Supply House Supply-- packages without an RMA number will be refused
• A restocking charge of 10% will be charged for products returned
• Merchandise returned as defective that is deemed fully functional by Time Supply House will be returned to the customer at their expense
• We recommend you insure returned items
All returns require an RA (Returned Authorization) number. Please complete the RA request form to obtain an RA number prior to returning product. Returns will be authorized in accordance with the following policy. If it is deemed that the part should be returned, the Time Supply House, Inc. Sales representative will give the customer a return authorization number. Products will not be accepted by Time Supply House, Inc. for return if not accompanied by a valid RA number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the box (no padded envelopes will be accepted).
Stock item returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and will be evaluated on a part-by-part basis taking into account current stock levels. Authorization of restock returns is at the sole discretion of Time Supply House, Inc. If a part is authorized for return and is a customer error, 10% of the purchase price will be applied as a standard restocking charge. Parts must be new, unused, and contain all the original packaging, instruction manuals and accessories. However, special order items are not returnable.
Warranty returns must be made within seven (7) days of the receipt date. The customer may request that a replacement be sent immediately, pending determination by the supplier. The replacement product will be billed to the customer's account in accordance with our standard payment terms. Then, once a final decision on the return is made, a credit will be issued if the warranty claim is allowed. However, if the product is not covered by the warranty, the original product will be returned to the customer. Defective tools and equipment returns will only be allowed based on the Vendor's acceptance, even if the product is defective out of the box. However, under no circumstances will credit be given without vendor authorization. If deemed allowable, the product will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, at their option.
The customer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other similar charges for all returned Product (restock, warranty, non-warranty, special order and other returns) and must ensure that the product is appropriately packaged. Shipping damages, resulting from improper packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
Products will not be accepted by Time Supply House, Inc. for return if not accompanied by a valid RMA number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
